FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to arresting fittings intended, in particular, for furniture item elements regulation. The arresting fittings contain the first lever and the second lever installed thereon so that to enable rotation. On the first lever one envisages a toothed rim that, in the form of a ring, is placed around the rotation axis and interacts with a toothed crown in the form of a ring. The toothed rim and the toothed crown are arrested relative to each other in the first rotation direction but have the possibility of relative rotation in the second direction within a preliminarily preset angular range. The toothed crown is installed so that to enable shifting by means of a switching element parallel to the said rotation axis relative to the conjugating element installed in such toothed crown. On the external periphery of the conjugating element one envisages a profile interacting (with a form constraint) with the profile envisaged on the toothed crown so that between the conjugating element and the toothed crown connection without the possibility of relative rotation is ensured.
