FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: electrical plug connector consists of the first and second halves of a housing. The first half (2) of the housing includes two opposed U-shaped locking brackets (8), which are retained at both sides so that they may rotate on a supporting journal (12) and which have locking tabs (9) at both sides with a dent (11) that during closure of the locking brackets (8) impacts interlocking journals (13) in the second half (3) of the housing so that two halves (2, 3) of the housing are pressed to each other. The first half (2) of the housing includes a rib (4), which at connection of two halves (2, 3) comes into special depression (6) in the second half (3) of the housing so that the housing halves join each other with close fit. The locking brackets (8) have side shields (7), which in the closed state of the system plug connector close both the supporting journal (12) in the first half (2) of the housing and the interlocking journal (13) in the second half (3) of the housing. At that the respective shields (7) between a socket (22) of the supporting journal and interlocking journal (13) have a direct lateral surface (17).
EFFECT: reducing wear at insertion of contact components into each other with the provision of reliable locking for the housing halves of the plug connector.
