SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in motors for example for oil and gas industry. Unit (10) includes motor (20) with rotor (30), stator (40), stator envelope (60) and sealing assembly (100) having at least one connection and monolithic ceramic divider (110). Each connection of sealing assembly (100) is a chemically bound compound that uses chemical binding, and monolithic ceramic divider (110) is located in gap (50) between rotor (30) and stator (40) of motor (20) and has the first surface (116) near the stator and the second surface (118) near the rotor so that sealing assembly (100) tightly isolates rotor (30) and stator (40), and monolithic ceramic divider (110) is mechanically isolated from stator (40). Unit (10) also includes pressure compensation system (70) representing the bellows containing hydraulic fluid medium (72) that comes into contact with monolithic ceramic divider (110) on the first surface (116); pressure compensation system (70) supplies the required volume of hydraulic fluid medium (72) to control difference of pressures acting on the first surface (116) and the second surface (118).
EFFECT: reduction of total losses in an electrical machine.
