FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: at refineries with various sets of processes and different output of saturated and olefin-bearing refinery gases refinery gases of the same type are collected, at least in two flows. One flow combines refinery gases referred to as off-gases containing saturated components: ethane, propane, butanes and not over 1 wt % of pentanes. These are cleaned of undesirable impurities and separated to target fractions. At least one fraction containing the mix of propane and butanes and a portion of the other fraction with ethane are fed directly to pyrolysis furnace. Isolated fraction containing methane and residual portion of the fraction with ethane in amount sufficient for maintenance of calorific gas capacity in fuel network are fed into fuel network of refineries. Another flow combines the fractions containing propane and propylene, the products of thermal and catalytic cracking and coking. Said flow after removal of undesirable impurities is subjected to fractionating along with pyrolysis products.
EFFECT: higher unit efficiency, decreased number of process plant in the cluster.
