SUBSTANCE: invention relates to simulation of various dynamic processes occurring in nature and in public. The system comprises a system control centre connected through a scan line to each automatic machine; an automatic machine includes a communication unit, units for processing input instructions at a current time step, general parameters of the automatic machine, general parameters of events, an application queue, an event generator, a unit for determining the value of the current time step, an event handler, a unit for generating output instructions at the current time step, logic selection elements.
EFFECT: faster simulation with a given amount of computation resources or reduction of computational resources for a given simulation time, as well as high accuracy and reliability of simulation.
