FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes leaching of the initial floatation concentrate at room temperature by alkali solution upon presence of oxidant in ratio "Ж:Т", equal to 10, with precious metals precipitation. At that selenium is transferred to the solution in form of sodium selenites. Hydrogen peroxide in quantity 20-30% of weight of the processed concentrate is used as oxidant.
EFFECT: simplification of the process due to decreasing of stages upon keeping of high values of extraction and separation of silver and selenium, method permits use of the ecological safe and inexpensive chemicals.
