FIELD: textiles, paper.
SUBSTANCE: composite material screening infrared radiation comprises inner and outer layers between which a thermostating system is located. The inner and outer layers are made of textile material with metal spattering, and the thermostating system is used as a chain of Peltier elements interconnected in series or in parallel, connected with the power source, at that the textile material of the inner layer has a porous structure, and the outer is made of textile material of dense structure with water-repellent impregnation of smooth black or camouflage colouring, the Peltier elements are connected to the wrong sides of the inner and outer layers, through the double-sided adhesive material and located on it at an equal distance from each other, with an overlap of the outer layer to form cells of air clearances.
EFFECT: preservation of comfort microclimate conditions of the biological object mainly in the cold season on the daytime and night-time.
