SUBSTANCE: tire is designed to be installed on hollow mounting rim (6) with flange height G and curve radius R1 and contains the first and the second lips (51, 52). Each lip contains at least ring-shaped strengthening structure (70) having radially lowest point (71) of the ring-shaped strengthening structure and mounting rim designated by A position. Carcass fittings (60) is secured in two lips by turning around the ring-shaped strengthening structure with possibility of forming in each lip the input branch (62) and the output branch (63). The first lip is of EB1 thickness, and the second branch is of EB2 thickness. The EB1 and EB2 thicknesses are determined as distance (i) separating point (69) of the input branch spaced from the mentioned point (71) for distance R, where R=G+R1/2-A, and (ii) points (153) of lip outer surface (53) spaced from the mentioned point (71) for the same distance R, and where absolute value of difference between EB1 and EB2 thicknesses is greater than 1 mm.
EFFECT: providing pneumatic tire - wheel system displacement change relative to vehicle without change of wheel or use of gaskets.
