FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: nozzle comprises casing (1), hollow sprayer (4) with conical seat (5) and channels (2, 3) for feed of the main and pilot fuels. Sprayer (4) accommodates spring-loaded needle (11) with conical locking surface made at its lower part to make with said sprayer (4) the under-needle chamber and mixing chamber. Sprayer (4) inner chamber has distribution chamber (18) communicated with fuel feed channels (3, 9) and with mixing chamber via circular channel (19). Needle (11) body has axial channel (20) communicated with radial channels (21) and fuel feed channels (7) and (8) via circular chamber (22). Note her that the main fuel is fed to chamber (22) and channel (20) while pilot fuel is fed to chamber (18) and channel (19). Nozzle mid part has the area (26) for additional adjustment of pilot fuel flow rate composed of stepped section of circular channel (19). Said channel is composed of combined ledge and mating circular groove with application of cylindrical surfaces of sprayer (4) and needle (11).
EFFECT: correction of mix composition, better fuel mix spraying.
