FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device to control fuel supply comprises a nozzle with a spring-loaded needle with a mechanical drive, a movement multiplier, a mechanical controller of injection duration, a sprayer with one level of holes, a fuel pump of high pressure, hydraulic accumulator of high pressure connected hydraulically with above-needle and under-needle chambers of the nozzle, is equipped with a hydraulic accumulator of low pressure, two mechanical valves with stems for their driving, a quick-acting reversible mechanical drive, the first stem of the first mechanical valve is connected mechanically with the needle and closes the channel of fuel supply from the hydraulic accumulator of high pressure under the needle, the second stem of the second mechanical valve is connected mechanically with the needle of the nozzle and closes the channel that connects the chamber above the needle with the hydraulic accumulator of low pressure at cut-off. The hydraulic accumulator of high pressure is connected with a channel with a chamber above the needle via a channel with the first mechanical valve via circular bores in the nozzle body with the lower part of the needle and the under-needle cavity. The nozzle needle is connected mechanically via a stem with a quick-acting reversible mechanical drive for its linear displacement, which is equipped with at least one plate for one cylinder with a convex surface of permanent radius on one end of the plate of the certain length of the convex part, a shaft connected kinematically with a crankshaft with at least one programmable profiled cam with at least one microprofile: on it with the permanent specified low height for realisation of at least one preliminary injection with at least one microprofile on it with permanent specified large height for realisation of at least one main injection or at least one microprofile of alternating height, which varies according to the specified law along the length of the microprofile for realisation of at least one main injection with at least one microprofile on it with the permanent specified low height for realisation of at least one injection after the main one, all microprofiles of different height are separated from each other with gaps along the circumference of the cam shaft or made without gaps along the cam circumference.
EFFECT: invention improves dynamics of fuel supply, increases indicator efficiency factor, realises multi-injection and duration-controlled injections by means of simple mechanical devices.
