FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: endoscopic surgical aid drive comprises a body and a drive shaft system connected to hinge joints. Operating mechanism of an end effector is presented by four independent worm gears. Each gear is connected to a drive shaft of the system of coaxial telescopic drive shafts. Each shaft transmits a drive to the respective hinge joint.
EFFECT: result is that a simplified drive control unit coupled with the controlling portion of assisting a mechatronic surgical complex.
