SUBSTANCE: noise signal generator includes a broadband noise signal source, signals from which are transmitted through broadband amplifiers and controlled attenuators to a low-pass filter and a high-pass filter, respectively, and then through controlled amplifiers and high-frequency connectors to a performance monitoring system, thereby providing control of noise signal strength.

EFFECT: wider spectrum of the output noise signal in the high frequency region of up to 6000 MHz and high uniformity of spectral power density of the noise signal by controlling noise signal strength in a wide range.
