FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention aims at processing and decontaminating aqueous media of various types for the purpose of microorganism protective, particularly cooling water of cooling towers, heat-exchange equipment for preventing biological growth of heat-exchange surfaces and other industrial systems. The biocidal composition for processing the aqueous media involves polyhexamethyleneguanidine compounds, isothiasolinone compounds and non-ionic surfactants.
EFFECT: invention enables producing the composition having the high biocidal activity on bacteria, fungi and algae.
