FIELD: bactericidal detergents. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detergents used for disinfection and presterilizing cleansing medicinal articles and tools. Disinfecting detergent comprises as disinfecting agent an associate of polyhexa- methyleneguanidine salt or polyhexamethylenebiguanide hydrochloride and alkyldimethylbenzyl ammonium chloride or N,N-didecyl-N,N- -dimethylammonium chloride in their mass ratio = 1 : (0.1-0.3) and additionally it comprises N-lauryl-N,N-dimethylamino-oxide or alkyldimethylamino-oxides of C₆-C₁₆,-fraction that exhibit as activating agents of biocidity in the claimed composition. As surface-active substances the following compounds are used: block-copolymers of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol and/or oxyethylated monoalkylphenols based on propylene trimers or alkoxylated saturated alcohols based on ethylene oxide and higher alkenes oxides and also water-soluble dyes, synthetic or natural perfumes and deionized water as a solvent in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: polyhexamethyleneguanidine or polyhexa-methylenebiguanide hydrochloride, 3.5-20.0; alkyldimethyl ammonium chloride or N,N-didecyl-N,N-dimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.35-6.0; N-lauryl-N, N-dimethylamino-oxide or (C₆-C₁₆)-alkyldimethylamino-oxide, 0.1-5.0; surface-active substance, 0.35-25.0; dye, 0.001-0.05; perfume, 0.01-2.0; water, up to 100.
