FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to chemical industry. Device includes loading tray (1) for catalyst particles and system of vibrating N shuts (2), connected by means of connecting elements (3) with lower part of tray and with loading pipes (4). Each loading tube is connected to angular sector and has diameter Dt, exceeding 1.125 times the largest diameter of catalyst particles dmax and 2 times larger than the smallest size of catalyst particles dmin. Length Lt of loading tube (4) equals length of bayonet pipe. Each loading pipe (4) consists of several sections. When height of catalytic layer in ring zone grows sections are gradually removed to reduce the total length of loading pipe and support height of particle falling less than 1 metre.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide uniformity between different catalytic layers.
