SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. A control method of an operating point of a gas turbine that includes a compressor, a combustion chamber and a turbine, which involves a pitch for determination of exhaust gas pressure at the turbine outlet, a pitch for measurement of pressure at the compressor outlet, a pitch for determination of turbine pressure coefficient based on exhaust gas pressure and compressor outlet pressure, a pitch for calculation of a reference threshold curve of transition from a combustion mode in the primary zone to a combustion mode in primary and secondary zones as functions of turbine pressure coefficient; besides, the threshold curve of transition from the combustion mode in the primary zone to the combustion mode in primary and secondary zones includes points at which operation of the gas turbine varies between the combustion mode in the primary zone to the combustion mode in primary and secondary zones, and a pitch of control of the gas turbine for transition between the combustion mode in the primary zone and the combustion zone in primary and secondary zones. Besides, a gas turbine is presented, which includes a controller for control of the operating point of the gas turbine according to the method.
EFFECT: invention allows more accurate control of a gas turbine.
