A server device comprising: a storage designed to store an electronic book obtained by digitising a book having at least one page in which at least one information item is represented, and associated information; a communication unit for communicating with an external electronic device; and a controller to generate a unit with an electronic book, having an electronic book for performing a process of displaying associated information on the external electronic device, and designed to control the communication unit to generate, on the external electronic device, the generated unit with an electronic book, wherein the controller is configured to analyse said at least one information item, analyse associated information of different types, link at least one associated information with an information item, generate first metadata for displaying associated information linked with the information item, and is configured to add first metadata to the information item, such that when an electronic book is displayed by the external electronic device, an information item of the electronic book is indicated.
