SUBSTANCE: system of information provision about food comprises at least one radio-frequency mark, where at least information on a network address is recorded; a terminal, where a module of a radio-frequency reader is arranged for reading information recorded in the radio-frequency mark; and a server connected to a terminal in order to provide the terminal with information about food. Besides, at least one radio-frequency mark contains the first radio-frequency mark, where at least information about food is recorded, and the second radio-frequency mark, where at least information is recorded about specification of a device for food cooking. Besides, the server is looking for information about food, which contains information on functioning of a cooking device, on the basis of information about food and information about specification of the cooking device, and the terminal downloads information about food, besides, the first radio-frequency mark is mounted into a sheet and is levelled with information about food printed on one surface of the sheet. The method describes operation of this system.
EFFECT: invention provides for optimal preparation of a food product.
