FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: unit comprises terminals of the network phases, three fuses, contactor with opening and closing contacts, three control relays with opening and closing contacts, three balancing capacitors, nine power relays with one closing contact, three phase-shifting chokes, power supply source and terminals for connection of load; control relay and balancing capacitors are coupled to linear voltage values of the respective phases while phase-shifting chokes are coupled to phase interstage between terminals of the network phases and terminals for connection of three-phase load. All power relays are connected to negative output of the power supply source directly and by connection of the positive output of the power supply source to the first three power relays the first closing contacts of the control relays are controlled; closing contacts of the contactor are connected to the second three power relays; the second closing contacts of the control relays are connected to the third three power relays. Broken phase current bypasses the choke and currents of the remaining phases pass through the chokes while voltage of the damaged phase is recovered due to charging of the respective balancing capacitor.
