FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to train brakes. Railway vehicle bogie brake includes brake line connected via disengaging valve with air manifold, main brake cylinder and additional cylinder the rod of which being capable of translational motion is located in groove of eye gimbal-mounted on double-armed lever of the main brake cylinder. Piston rod of additional cylinder on its one end is equipped with handle with its position regulator relative to additional cylinder body, and on its other end - with flat-topped check clamp interacting with one of the arms of double-armed lever the other arm of which is pivotally connected with main brake cylinder rod.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of railway vehicle brake operation due to enhancement of its operational performance.
