FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to measures and a method of protection against insects, in particular to meshes. The proposed meshes are made of textile non-woven fibres impregnated with insecticides, and have a small cell size, which is determined by the ratio of the value of the height of the cell to its longest side. The mesh cells have a shape of parallelogram, hexagon and octagon.
EFFECT: proposed meshes can be used for protection against very small insects, and they provide good air and moisture permeability, which is suitable for protection of agricultural products.
