FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves taking general contrast baths, electrical myostimulation and cryomassage of the anterior abdominal wall, physical exercises with underlying hypocaloric diet. The electrical myostimulation is performed with Galatea, four-channel electrical neuromuscular stimulator. The exposure is performed at stimulation pulse frequency of 50-150Hz, of the length of 1ms for 30 minutes. The cryomassage is given 40-60 minutes later. What is used is a 500ml cryopackage at - 21-23°C. The cryomassage is given by circular clockwise motions for 20-25 minutes. Then, 30-60 minutes later a procedure of general contrast baths in two adjoining piscina pools, one of which contains cold water at temperature 18-20°C, while the other one is filled with hot water at temperature 40-42°C. The length of staying in hot and cold water at the first four procedures makes 3 and 1 minutes respectively. At the 5-6 procedures, 2 and 2 minutes, and at the following procedures - 1 and 3 minutes respectively. The procedures are daily. The therapeutic course is 10-12 procedures.

EFFECT: reducing body weight, normalising hormonal imbalance, improving psychoemotional state, reducing erectile dysfunction manifestations, enhancing psychological adaptation, improving quality of life, and prolonging remission.
