SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely balneology, physiotherapy. A method involves intake of mineral water, bath taking, small herbal enemas, mineral water siphonages and thermotherapy. Low-mineral carbonate hydrocarbonate-sulphate sodium-calcium mineral water 3.6-3.7 g/l is taken in the amount of 3-5 ml per one kg of body weight 3 times a day 40-45 minute before meals. Same mineral water is used for bath taking at temperature 36-37°C for 15 minutes, 8 procedures every second day. Small herbal enemas are prescribed every second day; the therapeutic course is 8 procedures. Mineral water siphonages are prescribed in number of 3-4 procedures within the therapeutic course. The thermal therapy includes preventative mini-sauna "Cedar Spa" every second day within the therapeutic course of 10 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness ensured by relieving manifestations of metabolic syndrome, increasing a testosterone level, normalising lipid metabolism.
