SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stirring device (1), in particular, to a stirrer for an electrical kitchen appliance intended for treatment of products being mixed The stirring device (1), in particular - a stirrer for an electric kitchen appliance intended for treatment of products being mixed, contains a driving shank (10) and the first closed arc-shaped bracket (11) positioned on the end part (12) of the driving shank (10); the first bracket (11) contains shaped elements (13) in the form of embossments designed so that to increase the area of the surface (14) exercising impact onto the products being treated and mixed; additionally provided for is a second closed arc-shaped bracket (15) that is intended for treatment of products being mixed, crosses the first arc-shaped bracket (11) and is positioned on the end part (12) of the driving shank (10); the second bracket (15) contains shaped elements (13) in the form of embossments designed so that to increase the area of the surface (14); the brackets (11, 15) are made of wire and have a rectangular shape while the embossment shaped elements (13) are spherical and positioned in the lower part of the brackets (11, 15) with the shaped elements (13) of the first bracket (11) positioned within an essentially horizontal section of the said bracket (11) that is essentially parallel to the bowl bottom in the process of the stirring device (1) operation; the shaped elements (13) of the second bracket (15) are positioned on the vertical section of the said bracket (15) which is oriented essentially perpendicular the bowl bottom in the process of the stirring device (1) operation.

EFFECT: development of an efficient stirring device that will be noted for improved affect of the operating surface on the products being mixed and for optimal manufacture costs.
