SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a kitchen device, in particular, a kitchen machine, a potable mixer or a rod-type mixer/blender with a stirring appliance (1), in particular - a stirrer for food products treatment. The stirring device (1) includes an actuation shaft (10) with the place (20) of conjugation with the coupling for connection to the kitchen device at one end and a bracket (11, 15), shaped as a loop and having a working surface (14) - at the other end (12); the device specificity consists in an active element (13) being positioned on the bracket (11, 15) which element increases the surface (14) of exposure of food products being treated. This device is suitable, in particular, for kitchen devices with two stirring appliances that are brought in motion by an electric motor in opposite directions. However, the invention may also be used in a manual device such as a portable m8ixer or an immersion blender.
