SUBSTANCE: measuring spoon (20) with a clamp comprises a cup (21), having an edge and width, a stacking plate and a handle. The handle comprises a proximal edge connected to the cup edge, a distal edge located opposite to the proximal edge of the handle, the first side part and the second side part. Both side parts are perpendicular to the cup. The handle comprises a clamp (40), the base of which is connected to the proximal edge of the handle. The clamp protrudes from the distal edge of the handle in direction to the proximal edge of the handle and includes a free end arranged opposite to the base of the clamp. The width of the handle makes at least 50% of the cup width. The handle contains free space (35) surrounded by the proximal edge, the distal edge, the first side part and the second side part.

EFFECT: invention provides for loosening of a caked product, reliable clamping of a soft package and convenience in usage.
