FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Staple unit consists of a body and clamps. Clamps are built into housing which is used for tissue stitching. At operation unit brackets can be located in the first branch surgical suturing instrument, that is located opposite the second branch or a thrust element. Thrust element engages with brackets for compression, flattening and/or crushing unit housing and deformation or other method actuation of staples into action. In course of deformation or actuation clamps are gripped, at least part of block body clamps together with at least part of pierced tissue.
EFFECT: housing with staples may contain multiple layers of different materials creating pressure on fabric with different stiffness and/or elasticity ratio.
