FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to heat-resistant corrosion-resistant steels used in nuclear power engineering and machine-building industry in plants that are in operation for a long period of time at temperatures of 500-600°C. Steel contains the following components, wt %: carbon 0.06-0.10, silicone 0.02-0.3, manganese 0.3-0.8, chrome 11.5-13.0, nickel 0.8-1.2, molybdenum 0.8 to less than 1.0, vanadium 0.15-0.30, niobium 0.05-0.15, nitrogen of more than 0.04 to 0.07, sulphur 0.001-0.010, phosphorus 0.001-0.015, copper 0.01-0.10, calcium of more than 0.005 to 0.015, cerium of more than 0.01 to 0.05, boron 0.001-0.005, aluminium 0.05-0.15, and iron is the rest. Total content of carbon and nitrogen does not exceed 0.16%.
EFFECT: improving mechanical properties, mainly long-term strength, as well as increasing resistance to pitting formation, which leads to improvement of operating characteristics and service life of power equipment.
