FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: stated group of inventions relates to measurement equipment and is designed to monitor technological processes. A sensor assembly for use with a process transmitter comprises an analogue sensitive element, connection wires of the sensor for connection of the analogue sensitive element to the transmitter of the process for supply of an analogue sensor signal from the analogue sensitive element to the process transmitter, a memory circuit for storage of information related to the sensor assembly, and an interface circuit connected to connection wires of the sensor to ensure digital communication between the memory circuit and the process transmitter along connection wires of the sensor, besides, the interface circuit is configured to ensure the opportunity to provide an analogue sensor signal and digital communication simultaneously along connection wires of the sensor. At the same time digital communication is provided by a modulated carrier signal, and at the same time the interface circuit accumulates power for the memory circuit from the modulated carrier signal received along connection wires of the sensor.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements.
