FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises elastic transmitting element (1) coupled to energy converter connected to electrical load and made as MHD generator (2) consisting of cylinder (4) made of non-conductive material with two pistons (5) and (6), at that one of the pistons (6) is supported by spring (7). Inner volume of cylinder (4) pistons (5) and (6) is filled with electroconductive liquid and with air at butt ends (9) and (10). Along inner surface of cylinder (4) there are opposed electrodes (11) and (12), which are coupled to accumulator (14) and further to electrical load and magnet (15) is installed at its outer surface. Elastic container (1) is communicated to channel (16) with cylinder (4) from piston (5) side. In case of external force Q acting through elastic container (1) filled with air the effort is transmitted to piston (5), which exerts pressure during movement to electroconductive liquid (8), which particles start moving and cross power lines of magnet (15) acting simultaneously on spring-supported piston (6). In process of liquid (8) motion through magnet field electric current passes though it and by closing to electrodes (11) and (12) comes to accumulator (14) and further to electrical load. Liquid (8) motion has oscillating origin, which allows reaching resonance response of the system.
