Abstract RU 2174735 C1

FIELD: electrical energy generation. SUBSTANCE: generator has torus-shaped insulating frame whose inner surface is covered with ferroelectric material, torus being filled with polar liquid. Field windings are connected to ac supply and build up traveling magnetic field that functions to set in motion polar liquid. Radially built in opposing walls of torus is polar liquid flow regulating chamber in the form of hollow cylinder with winding connected to DC supply. Torus accommodates electrodes of polar-liquid ionizing device which are connected to periodic high-voltage source built of parallel-connected controlled charger, molecular electrical energy storage, and inductive electrical energy storage with controlled switches; outer surface of torus mounts at least one power winding connected to molecular electrical energy storage.
