FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed machine comprises stator support housing, stator laminated core with grooves to receive stator winding coils, rotor including body and inductor and bearing assy. Support housing is composed of cylindrical barrel with sidewall mid part provided with cylindrical ledge for stator core secured thereto. Stator is arranged inside cylindrical cavity of the rotor. Rotor comprises body and inductor composed of permanent magnets magnetised in radial and tangential directions. Rotor body is composed by two plates of nonmagnetic material plugged one in the other. Inductor is located at rotor body peripheral section, its permanent magnets being composed of plates directed in rotor lengthwise axis. Said magnets are arranged to make a composite ring with alternation of radial and tangential magnetisation Said magnets are made of neodymium-iron-boron to build the Halbach array.
EFFECT: increased peripheral rate of inductor, simplified design.
