Solution diffuser in spray drier includes case with swirling chamber and nozzle, plate diffuser is installed in lower part of conical output chamber of diffuser nozzle and consists of at least two plates perpendicular to the nozzle axis and parallel to each other, the first plate features central hole that catches outer cylindrical surface of the nozzle to attach the diffuser rigidly to the nozzle, while the second plate is solid and is attached to the first plate by at least three fastening elements including screw, nut, and calibrated spacer washer installed between the plates.
