FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying of dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. This is achieved in that in a spray dryer comprising a housing with a spray chamber placed in its upper part, equipped with a nozzle and a manifold for supplying a heat carrier, drying chamber, gas distribution system of drying agent, solution supply system and exhaust air purification system, gas distribution system is equipped with two gas distributors: upper and lower, at that upper gas distributor brings drying agent to spray root and is designed to distribute coolant uniformly over flame of sprayed material, and lower gas distributor allows coolant to be introduced into lower part of housing where gas distribution grate with nozzles for supplying secondary coolant and point for exit of granules is installed, and in housing central part is a granulator made in form of eccentric rolls rotating in profiled trays with longitudinal slots, under which grid is placed. Acoustic nozzle contains housing with internal acoustic oscillation generator in form of nozzle and resonator, nozzles for supplying air and liquid. Acoustic oscillation generator is made in form of conical nozzle coaxial with housing and having annular throttle opening with external diameter dc formed by nozzle cut and resonator rod of diameter dct, and annular cavity resonator of length h formed resonator rod and cylindrical cavity with external diameter dp in fastening member. Volume resonator cavity is spaced apart from nozzle cut at distance b, and air supply nozzle is perpendicular to housing axis and is connected to annular cavity formed by roller and inner surface of housing. On platen cage is fixed with throttling holes coaxial with ring throttle opening, and also coaxially fixed resonator rod, and sprayed liquid is fed through pipe located perpendicular to housing axis into annular cavity formed by casing and outer surface of nozzle. One end of casing is made solid and is connected to housing, and in other end, enclosing conical nozzle, throttling openings coaxial with ring throttle opening are made. From the side, opposite to resonant cavity, there is adjustment mechanism in form of hand wheel with packer mounted on free cylinder end. External diffuser is coaxially attached to nozzle casing, while inner perforated diffuser is coaxially attached to fastening element of annular cavity resonator with resonator rod, that output sections of external and internal diffusers lie in one plane perpendicular to annular volume resonator axis.

EFFECT: increasing drying performance.
