FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a tubular housing and a frame connected by a movable spline pair. The housing is made of parts; in the middle part there are inner protruded anvils. The frame is made of parts; it contains the first piston with the first sealing, hammers between the inner protruded anvils, at the other edge there is the second piston forming a chamber filled with operating fluid - oil. The device contains two mechanisms limiting communication of the fluid with camber for fluid that includes the first and second ring valves. In each valve there is at least one valve unit that limits fluid passage inside in one direction. The device comprises the central piston in the operating fluid chamber and a barrel inside the housing. In the barrel there is a floating piston with potential longitudinal movement inside the barrel in regards to the frame. At the frame edge there is a thrust bushing that limits longitudinal movement of the floating piston. The device comprises a spring-supported latching mechanism inside the housing in cavity formed by the floating piston, inner surface of the housing part, external surface of the frame part and the first piston.
EFFECT: increased resource and reliability of salvage operation, prevention of inadvertent occurrence of function, formation of superhigh impact power.
