FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil machine building, namely to devices for testing hydraulic jars bypass valves, in essence, for determination of time of hydraulic delay of bypass valves before their installation into ring valves during assembly of hydraulic jars. Device comprises a tubular body and a mandrel, telescopically connected to each other, the body comprises anvil bosses, between the body and the mandrel on the side of the first end face of the body there is a first sealant, the mandrel comprises a belt of increased diameter, hammers arranged between inner ledges-anvils of housing, as well as second seal arranged in hammer from side of second end of housing, forming working fluid chamber, and also comprises annular valve installed in working fluid chamber with mandrel, passing through inner cavity and located inside housing. Inner surface of the annular valve is in tight contact with the mandrel of increased diameter of the mandrel, the longitudinal stroke of the annular valve is limited between two stops protruding from the inner surface of the case. Device also comprises limiting mechanism of working fluid communication with one of sections of working fluid chamber, including at least one bypass valve installed in annular valve, which limits flow of working fluid inside one of sections of working fluid chamber in one direction. Device comprises a valve module made in the form of a ring belt of increased diameter of the tubular body with an inner cavity forming a working fluid chamber with a mandrel passing through the inner cavity. Circular valve is arranged inside valve module in working fluid chamber with mandrel. Circular valve channel with bypass valve installed in it is hermetically sealed by annular valve thread plug, and in the working fluid chamber with a mandrel passing through the inner cavity of the valve module, there is installed a thrust ring containing an annular seal arranged on the side of the inner surface of the valve module, which is made with possibility of tight contact with the end face of the annular valve and interconnection of sections of the working fluid chamber located on opposite sides relative to the thrust ring. In annular belt of increased diameter of tubular housing, which forms valve module, there is a row of channels with possibility to communicate sections of working fluid chamber located on opposite sides relative to thrust ring. Tested bypass valve of limiting mechanism of working fluid communication with one of sections of working fluid chamber is arranged in one of channels of annular belt of increased diameter of tubular housing forming valve module, is communicated with working fluid chamber sections with mandrel passing through tubular housing inner cavities on opposite sides relative to thrust ring, and hermetically sealed from valve module threaded plug outer surface, with possibility of extracting tested bypass valve and installation of another test bypass valve.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing determination of time of hydraulic delay of bypass valves before their installation into annular valves during assembly of hydraulic jars, and in arrangement of bottom of drill string with jar – in increased reliability of release from sticking of drill string in well, in prevention of unauthorized actuation of jar, as well as destruction of bit due to impacts on hard rock in bottomhole.
