FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air-engine building, namely to air turbojets. The experimental double-circuit, two-shaft GTE is subjected to operational development. Operational development of TJE is performed step by step. At each phase from one to five TJEs are tested for compliance with the pre-set parameters. The study is performed. For state analysis and assessment in case of necessity it is disassembled with the subsequent possible reworking and/or replacement of details of any of modules and/or assemblies of experimental TJE. It is studied and in case of necessity any of damaged in tests or in inappropriate conditions any module - from low pressure compressor up to an all-mode adjustable jet nozzle - is replaced by reworked ones. The program of finishing tests with the subsequent finishing reworking includes tests of the engine for gas-dynamic stability of the compressor operation. The experimental engine is tested on the bench. The bench is fitted with an input aerodynamic device with adjusting by crossing of air flow, mainly remote controlled sliding intertseptor. The intertseptor comprises the graduated scale of intertseptor positions, with the fixed critical point separating the engine by 2-5% from transition into a surge. In case of necessity the tests are repeated with the set of modes corresponding to the modes of real work of turbojets in flight conditions according to regulations.
EFFECT: simplification of technology and reduction of labour costs and power consumption of turbojet test process at the phase of operational development at improvement of reliability of identification of allowable range of thrust variation.
