SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organising and controlling traffic on railroads. The device comprises a third signal relay contact placed on a control station, an auxiliary relay with first and second contacts placed near a traffic light, a third cable core, wherein the first terminal of the dc voltage source is connected through the third signal relay contact and the third cable core to the first lead of the winding of the auxiliary relay, the second lead of which is connected to the first lead of the primary winding of a transformer, and the second terminal of the dc voltage source is connected to the first terminal of an ac voltage source, wherein the first and second leads of the secondary winding of the transformer are connected through the first and second contacts of the auxiliary relay to the inputs of a radiator. According to claim 2, the device further includes third and fourth signal relay contacts, the second lead of the winding of the auxiliary relay is connected through the fourth cable core and the fourth signal relay contact to the second terminal of the dc voltage source, and the first and second leads of the secondary winding of the transformer are connected through the first and second contacts of the auxiliary relay to the inputs of the radiator. According to claim 3, the device further includes a light-out relay repeater, auxiliary and light-out relays placed near the traffic light, third, fourth and fifth cable cores, wherein the first terminal of the dc voltage source is connected through the third signal relay contact and the third cable core to the first lead of the winding of the auxiliary relay, the second lead of which is connected through the fourth cable core and the fourth signal relay contact to the second lead of the dc voltage source and through the light-out relay contact and the fourth cable core to the first lead of the winding of the light-out relay repeater, connected by the second lead to the first terminal of the dc voltage source, and the secondary winding of the transformer is connected through the first and second contacts of the auxiliary relay and through the winding of the light-out relay to inputs of the radiator.
