FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting devices. The device comprises a light-emitting-diode (LED) element placed in a cavity of translucent cabinet filled with liquid cooling medium. In liquid cooling medium there are solid-phase cabinet elements having luminophor and magnetic components with zero buoyancy in the above medium, and quantity and dimensions of these components allow free mutual sliding within the cavity of the translucent cabinet. The translucent cabinet is equipped with a device setting the cooling medium in motion by impact with an electromagnetic field.
EFFECT: improving light output and increasing service life of the LED element by improved efficiency in control of light flux and cooling of the device.
