EFFECT: using a separate signal generation circuit that has the function of creating a pulse signal from a pulse signal with a natural duty cycle and having an in-phase envelope frequency, while the resulting phase of one of the frequencies is the equivalent of the signal start time and the basis for determining the phase difference between the natural duty frequency and the envelope frequency of the received acoustic pulse and, accordingly, to obtain the calculation of the measured speed of sound.
