FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: stationary electric induction device includes magnetic conductor with multiple bars, winding around at least one of multiple bars of the magnetic conductor, lower yoke under the winding, a pair of lower clamping plates of the winding, positioned on a pair of side surface of the lower yoke, and lower connection plate connecting the pair of lower winding clamping plates. Tank features lower plate and houses the magnetic conductor of stationary electric induction device with windings. Damping element is placed at least either between lower connection plate and lower plate or between lower winding clamping plates and lower connection plate, and features a package formed by multiple hard solid elements and multiple soft viscoelastic elements laid in staple.
