TEST RIG FOR RUBBER INFLATABLE ELEMENT OF PARKER Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC E21B33/12 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: test rig for inflatable element of the parker contains simulators of the casing and production strings with parker installed between them, hydraulic cylinder for the parker axial loading and unloading, pump unit to create pressure and to simulate well pressure, plate connected with casing string simulator and secured to foundation using anchor bolts. The parker is in form of the rubber inflatable element with internal ring cavity and hollow stem, equipped with row of radial holes connected with the internal cavity of the rubber inflatable element of the parker. The hollow stem is equipped with two centralisers and is plugged from one side, from the other side the hollow stem via the production string simulator and first tee with branch is rigidly connected with the hydraulic cylinder to create the axial loading and unloading of the rubber inflatable element of the parker. The plate is installed horizontally, and casing string simulator from the side of plugged hollow stem via the adapter with ring and second tee with branch and retainer is connected with the plate. Branches of both tees are equipped with isolating valves with pressure gauges, and are piped with pump unit to create pressure in the internal cavity of the rubber inflatable element and to simulate the well pressure in the casing string simulator under the rubber inflatable element.

EFFECT: test rig increases reliability of operation and extends functional possibilities.
