FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of drilling oil and gas wells and can be used for testing and testing various serial, as well as newly created downhole equipment. The real-life downhole equipment test rig includes casing and tubing, casing heating and pumping unit. The casing string is made combined, installed on the X-mas tree and connected through the pipeline to the wellhead equipment, which is fixed with the possibility of removal on the base. The wellhead equipment includes a process tank, a buffer tank and a pumping unit. Outside, on the upper wall of the process fluid, agitators, a temperature sensor, a liquid level sensor are installed, and on the side wall - a tool for heating the casing string, which is an electric heater. On the lower part of the side surface of the process vessel, holes are made in which a drainage line, a discharge line, at least two return lines are installed with the possibility of removal, on which the valves are installed. An opening is made on the upper wall of the buffer tank, into which a liquid level sensor is installed with the possibility of removal. Holes are made on the lower part of the side surface of the buffer tank, in which a drainage line and a discharge line are installed. At the outlet of the pumping unit, a discharge line is installed, on which a discharge pressure sensor, a flow meter sensor and valves are installed in series.
EFFECT: invention ensures safe and high-precision studies of downhole equipment at different values of flow rates and temperatures of process fluids, which will make the experimental conditions as close to real as possible.
