FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment, to magnetic non-contact planetary gear reducers intended for driving of executive mechanisms and devices with a simultaneous reduction of rotation frequency. The magnetic planetary reducer contains the housing, fixed and mobile gear central wheels from magnetically soft materials, a carrier, eccentrically located satellite gear from magnetically soft material, a magnetic conductor, counterbalances, bearings. The magnetising system is designed as a permanent magnet or exciting winding with axial magnetising, bearing surfaces for the satellite gear have in the housing companion bearing surfaces supporting the satellite gear. The gear central wheels and the satellite gear are designed with an identical pitch. Central wheels with equal amount of teeth are installed fixedly in the housing (on the stator). The satellite gear is designed with two toothed rings with equal numbers of teeth, with minimum difference of number of teeth from number of teeth on the central wheels and connected with the output shaft through the device capable to transmit non-coaxial rotary motion, for example, through a hinged device, a cardan device, etc. Geometrical parameters of bearing surfaces and parameters of gear wheels are designed with observance of the ratio between number of teeth on the central wheels and on the satellite gear and diameters of bearing surfaces in the housing and the satellite gear.
EFFECT: improvement of power indicators and decrease of dimensions.
