Each transceiving device includes a synchroniser, an automatic switch, a switch, an amplitude and duration collector and a range converter, wherein the output of the control unit is connected to the first input of the automatic switch, having an output and a second input, respectively connected to the first input of a radio transmitter, the second input of the range converter, also connected through an amplitude and duration selector to the output of a radio receiver, and the output of the radio transmitter is also connected through the switch, through the synchroniser to the third input of the automatic switch and the first input of the range converter, having a group of outputs connected to the group of inputs of a display.

EFFECT: enabling determination of the distance between calling and called transceiving devices.
