FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to options of removal of the nickel cations, hypophosphite- and phosphite-anions from the solution of chemical nickel plating by the electromembrane electrolyze. The method uses three-chamber membrane electrolyser, in which on the cathode submersed in the chemical nickel plating solution the nickel cations are restored, and on the anode out of insoluble material based on titanium and lead dioxide submersed in anolyte- solution of the sulphuric acid the anions are oxidated at the current anode density 1-20 A/dm2, at that the chemical nickel plating solution is located in the middle space of the electrolyser, it by the anion exchange membrane is separated from the anolyte and by cation exchange or anion exchange membrane is separated from the catholyte-solution of sodium hydroxide in which the second cathode is submersed. Under the second option the two-chamber membrane electrolyser is used, in which on the cathode submersed in the chemical nickel plating solution the nickel cations are restored, and on the anode of the insoluble material based on the titanium and lead dioxide submersed in the anolyte-solution of the sulphuric acid anions are oxidated at current anode density 1-20 A/dm2, at that the chemical nickel plating solution is separated from the anolyte by the anion exchange membrane.
EFFECT: invention ensures neutralisation of the chemical nickel plating solution by removal of nickel cations, hypophosphite- and phosphite-anions, and ensures increasing by multiple times the continuous operation time of the used electrolysers.
