FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for production of high-strength iron with globular and vermicular shape of graphite. This ladle comprises bellow and lining. Ladle bottom 1 is inclined from bellow inner bore 4 to the end of opposite wall 2. Weight of spheroidising modifier 3 is fed into recess composed by the ladle bottom and wall before filling said ladle with iron melt.
EFFECT: higher degree of assimilation of magnesium of light FSM-base alloy in iron melt and quality of ion spheroidising.
