FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: gyrostabiliser for two-wheeled single-track vehicle is made as gyroscope in gimbal suspension, outer ring of gimbal suspension has two-way axial articulation joint with vehicle frame where the axis of this joint is directed along longitudinal axis of vehicle, inner ring of gimbal suspension has two-way axial articulation joint with outer ring, gyroscope rotor shaft has two-way axial articulation joint with inner ring of gimbal suspension, where axes of all three articulated joints are mutually perpendicular, outer ring of gimbal suspension represents seat for driver, and gyrostabiliser has facility for locking outer ring turning around axis of its articulated joint with vehicle frame. Two-wheeled vehicle turning at high speed is performed by means of its inclination towards turn without handle bar participation. Gyrostabiliser maintains horizontal orientation of footboard and driver's feet and permits driver to control vehicle stability via feet and body response. When outer ring is fixed in perpendicular position relative to frame entire vehicle stability is provided without driver participation.

EFFECT: possibility of emergency manoeuvre without lowering gyroscope rotation speed by means of simple inclination of driver's body with simultaneous design simplification due to use of only one gyroscope.
