FIELD: gyroscopic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gyroscopic engineering and can be used as part of track meters to determine mutual position of rail threads in vertical plane. Uniaxial horizontal power gyro-stabilizer comprises gyro-motor with rotor installed in gimbals suspension. Inter-frame correction circuit includes in-series connected precession angle sensor on suspension inner axis, stabilization amplifier and engine installed on suspension external axis. Reduction circuit consists of series-connected pendulum transducer of the angle installed on external frame of suspension, correction amplifier and moment sensor installed on internal axis of suspension. Pendulum angle sensor is made in the form of gyroscope and is a two-stage float gyroscope with lower pendulum, suspension axis of which is parallel to external axis of gyrostabilizer. Rotor of gyroplane gyro-motor is connected to rotation speed control circuit consisting of scaling amplifier and connected to its input of linear velocity sensor of object. Output signal of gyrostabilizer is formed by system angle sensor installed on external axis of suspension.

EFFECT: high accuracy of deviation signal from local horizon at turn due to compensation of inertial moment by gyroscopic moment by means of control circuit of rotation speed of rotor of gyroplane gyro-motor in function of speed of object movement.
