FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric equipment (2) installed at the roof of railway vehicle with electric propulsion. The electric equipment comprises at least one alternating-current source (4, 6) connected to the alternating-current feed line (12) coupled to at least one high-voltage device, at that in the feed line (12) there is AC circuit-breaker (14). The electric equipment (2) comprises also earthing disconnector (20) designed for movement between the open position wherein the disconnector (20) is not connected to the feed line (12) and the closed position wherein the disconnector (20) is connected to the feed line (12). Besides, the electric equipment (2) contains additionally a disconnecting device (28) designed for movement between the closed position when current can pass through the feed line (12) and open position when connection between the alternating-current source (4, 6) and high-voltage device is interrupted.
EFFECT: compact size of the unit combining functions of AC circuit breaker and earthing disconnector.
